Cancellation Policy
Before starting any web design and development project, a 1-hour video call is included to discuss your goals, design preferences, content, and project needs; this call must be scheduled within 7 days of booking. If you wish to cancel your project, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled project start date to receive a refund minus a small admin fee; cancellations made after work has begun will forfeit the initial deposit. Rescheduling the video call must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Your project officially begins after the call and once all necessary content is provided — any delays in scheduling, communication, or content delivery may push back project timelines. By booking, you agree to these terms.
