Cancellation Policy
This complimentary 15-minute quote session is intended to provide an initial discussion about your website goals, project needs, and the most suitable plan for you. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time, as appointments are limited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage availability and offer the session to other clients. Each client is eligible for one free quote session. For more detailed consultations, a paid session or project booking may be recommended.
